| Our client is a leading construction main contractor, operating across the country. A position has become available for a Senior Site / Project Manager, to work on a large 2 year mixed use Social Housing / private housing project. As number one on site, you will be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of the project, reporting in to a contracts manager making fortnightly visits to site. You will be overseeing a substantial site team and support functions. Candidates must have experience managing large timber framed residential new build projects, with social housing elements. You will have managed significant site teams, and be able to manage the project with little support and guidance. You will currently reside within 1 hour of Exeter, and must be immediately available. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a strong salary and package, with a secure workload through to 2011. The position is required to be filled by the end of January.
