| Our client is a leading construction main contractor, specialising within the Affordable Housing sector. An immediate permanent position has become available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage projects across Exeter and North Devon, due to continued growth. Looking after around 3 projects at any one time on a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes, you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will; * Have experience working on Affordable Housing projects, for a main contractor, as Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally managing projects with values of at least £1.5m. * Will be commutable to Exeter, and prepared to travel to site meetings when required. * Be able to demonstrate commitment to employers with a steady track record of permanent employment.
