| Our client is a successful construction main contractor, specialising within the Affordable Housing & Speculative developments sector. An immediate permanent position has become available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage new build and refurbishment projects within the Bristol region typically between £1m - 6m. The successful candidate will; * Have experience working on new build Affordable Housing projects, for a main contractor, as Senior Quantity Surveyor. * Will currently reside within 20 miles of Bath, and willing to commute daily to the office base. * Be able to demonstrate commitment to employers with a steady track record of permanent employment. * Will be enthusiastic and eager to progress their career through to commercial management.
