| Our client is a leading national Main Contractor, operating across all building sectors. Vacancies are available for both a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and an Intermediete level Quantity Surveyor to work within the retail division, based in Bristol. Projects will typically be the new build, refurbishment and extensions of food superstores such as Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons, from £2m - £10m in value. Projects could be anywhere across the M4/M5 corridor, and occasional travel to sites will be a pre-requisite of the job, from a Bristol base. The successful candidate will match the following specifications; SENIOR QS: * Experience managing food retail construction projects for a main contractor, with a top end value of at least £10m. You will have experience on new build stores, as well as managing large extensions to existing stores. Salary circa £43 - 46,000 + package (negotiable) INTERMEDIATE QS: * Experience managing food retail or fast track retail projects for a main contractor, of at least £3m in value. You will have experience on new build construction projects, and ideally large extensions. Salary circa £37-40,000 + package (negotiable) For both roles, you will be very keen and ambitious, wishing to progress your career within a successful, forward thinking company. You will be reporting into either the Senior QS or Commercial Manager, working wither within a project surveying team or running your own projects depending on the level of your experience.
