| Our client is a leading construction main contractor, specialising within the Affordable Housing & Speculative developments sector. A immediate permanent position has become available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage projects across Exeter and North Devon, due to continued growth. The successful candidate will; * Have experience working on Affordable Housing projects, for a main contractor, as Senior Quantity Surveyor. * Will be commutable to Exeter, Plymouth and North Devon, and prepared to travel to these locations for project meetings. * Be able to demonstrate commitment to employers with a steady track record of permanent employment.
