| Options have an increasing number of vacancies for experienced construction Project Managers within the food retail sector. Positions vary in seniority from Senior Site Manager, through to Senior Project Manager, for multiple national main contractors, based in the South West. Due to an increase in allocation from leading food superstore brands, our clients are experiencing an upturn in workload, resulting in an urgent need to recruit. Projects could potentially be nationwide, predominantly within the South West, Midlands and Wales region. Project Managers will be expected to stay away where necessary to get the project completed on time and on target, living away allowances will be allocated in addition to salary and package. To be considered, you MUST have the following; * A steady permanent work history with at least 2-3 years with each employer (except for redundancy) * Experience (within the last 5 years) working on new build and large extension projects for leading food retail clients e.g, Tesco, Asda, Somerfield, Morrisons, Waitrose, of at least £5m as number one on the project. * Be flexible on staying away from home within the week, and possibly weekends where required, and ideally be based within the South West, Midlands, South Wales area. * Have technical experience on complex construction projects involving extensions, mezzanine floors and refurbishments. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a strong, negotiable salary with market leading benefits packages. You will also be secure within a leading main contractor, and a strong project pipeline and client portfolios.
