| Our client is a leading national Main Contractor, operating across all building sectors. A position has become available for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work within the retail division, based in Bristol. Projects will typically be the new build, refresh and extensions of food superstores such as Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons, from £2m - £20m. Projects could be anywhere across the M4/M5 corridor, and travel to sites will be a pre-requisite of the job, combined with Bristol office visits. The position is required to start in January. The successful candidate will have around 5-7 years post graduate (or equivalent) experience, and will have worked on one or more food superstore new build projects during this time. Candidates must be from the main contracting side, and have managed projects of at least £5m in value. You will be ambitious, wishing to progress your career within a successful, forward thinking company. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager, working wither within a project surveying team or running your own projects depending on the level of your experience. Our client is currently in the top 50, of the 100 companies to work for, has an excellent work pipeline and strong long term relationships with key Retail clients nationwide.
