| Our client is a leading national contractor, operating across multiple building sectors. Working as Project Manager, you will have complete responsibility for one of the larger sites within an MOD framework. Reporting into the Regional Contracts Manager and overseeing a strong site team, you will ensure that the project is completed within the agreed parameters, and company targets. The successful candidate MUST have MOD new build and refurbishment experience on projects of at least £5m in value. As the project could potentially be on MOD sites across Salisbury plain, with occasional office visits to Bristol, candidates must be flexible on travel. You should currently reside within an hour and a half or Salisbury Plain. You will have all supporting H&S and Managerial qualifications, ideally with an HND/HNC/Degree level education. The successful candidate will have worked extensively for a medium to large national main contractor(s) on MOD projects, as a Project Manager. Consultancy Project Managers or sub contractor Project Managers cannot be considered for this role due to the level of autonomy and seniority of with the position. You will be rewarded with a negotiable salary, with a strong work package including pension and Healthcare, as well as be working for one of the leading contractors across the UK.
