| Our client is a regional construction contractor, with division's operating within the building, civil engineering and mineral & recycling sectors. The company has steadily grown to become a leading name within the marketplace, building repeat business and relationships through quality of service, and an adaptable, client focused mentality, A position has become available for a Project/Contracts Manager within the Civil Engineering groundworks division, based in Hampshire. The role will involve overseeing multiple construction sites, being the driving force behind the company's success within the region. Projects will involve roads and groundworks, footings, drainage, preparation for services, all up to DPC level. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of groundworks and the civils environment. You will have experience working for a contractor, and most importantly will be driven, self motivated, and able to take a hands on role in chasing leads and bringing in business. Due to project, the ideal location for the candidate will be within the Bath / Swindon area, but candidates will be considered within an hour of this region. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a negotiable package, working for a fantastic company with market leading employee retention figures.
