| Our client is a leading regional and national contractor, operating within the building, retail and Social Housing sectors, with a turnover of £350m +. A vacancy has become available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to be based from the Bristol office. You will be working on the new build, and large extensions for ASDA nationwide, on projects up to £8m in value. Candidate MUST have the following; * Retail, D&B experience working for a main contractor within the Construction of new build food superstores. * Must be able to turn budgets around very quickly * Must be at Senior QS level, with experience heading up sites of at least £6m in value, with experience managing junior surveyors * Must be commutable to Bristol (within 1 hour) Please contact jamie.risdale@optionsrecruitment.co.uk (01179100570) to discuss the position in more detail. |
