| Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Gloucester. £30,000 - £35,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits. With offices in Cheltenham, Birmingham and Newbury, my client has an enviable reputation for delivering high quality buildings. With turnover in excess of £160m, their professionalism and capability, particularly in design and build, has generated successful partnerships with many major clients both locally and nationally. Due to our continued success we are now keen to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support on a variety of challenging and interesting construction projects in the Gloucestershire and surrounding area. Projects can vary in size from £1m to £25m in the commercial, industrial, hotel and leisure, education and health sectors. You will be integral to a well established commercial team, site based on a variety of projects predominantly design and build with the responsibility for assisting the Senior and Project Quantity Surveyors ensuring adherence to financial and contractual protocols. The ability to measure construction works is a key skill requirement.
