| Construction site Manager. Nights. Bristol. £35,000 - £38,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Car. My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile retail contracts throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Site Manager to work out of their Bristol Offices on contracts in and around the region on Day and Night shifts as required. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing any one of their up and coming retail extensions or new builds valued anywhere between £10m - £15million. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your site, including all aspects of health and safety, method statements as well as managing sub contractors and ordering materials. You will be Number 2 on Site by day and number 1 on site by night. With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a trades or construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. Experience in the retail sector is advantageous, however not essential as you use your outstanding communication and leadership skills to reach your goals.
