| Construction Site Manager - Essex - £40-50k A medium sized contractor currently seeks an experienced site manager to join as first on site for a £3 million retail development in Essex. You will report to the regional contracts manager and will be responsible for the day to day management of the development. The successful candidate will already be working as a site manager doing projects of a similar nature and value. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience as a site manager, preferably with one company as longevity with previous employers is advantageous. Your responsibilities will include the efficient running of the site, dealing with sub contractors, cost and quality control, health and safety on site and ensuring the site is completed in time and to budget. If successful you will join a company that can offer you scope for internal progression, excellent job security and interesting projects in the future. Along with this, you will be rewarded with a great starting salary, excellent benefits package, bonuses and car allowance. NB You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position. |
