| Senior Quantity Surveyor. Commercial Projects. Bristol £37,000 - £45,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Car/allowance My Client is a national Contractor specialising in high profile projects between £5m - £30 million. They are currently looking to strengthen their regional offices with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work out of their Bristol office. As the Successful candidate, you must be: - MRICS/MCIOB Qualified - Commercially aware of the environment around you by applying common sense, good judgement, and demonstrating financial understanding - Take ownership of project goals - Prevent disputes arising wherever possible - Meet deadlines - Promote and adopt best practice by fully complying with our standards, documents library, forms library and business unit procedures Your responsibilities will include: *Drive and maintain a high level of financial & commercial control of the project *Be a lead team member *Support the Operations Director or Manager in achieving successful project delivery *Identify and eliminate risk *Ensure accurate, real-time reporting *Maximise project target whilst maintaining client and supply chain relationships *Tackle difficult issues early by promoting early resolution to problems *Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance *Actively develop and strengthen relationships with clients and their teams, and our own supply chain in order to maximise team and business goals In return you will receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package as well as outstanding support system with a recognised contractor.
