| Construction Operations Manager. South Wales. £63,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus. My client is the Welsh Division of a National Contractor producing high quality, high specification leisure and Education Projects with values of up to £10 million. They are currently looking for an Operations Manager to cover the South Wales Region and help develop an already established outfit As the successful candidate you will be responsible for overseeing all Contracts carried out from your office and be heavily involved in the tendering for potential schemes. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be in charge of managing and mentoring your Contracts Managers and supervise projects in the Leisure and Education Sectors from £2 million up to £10 million. Ideally with a formal qualification in Construction, you will have a solid and experienced background in delivering similar sized projects for another established Contractor in the South of Wales. At ease when working under pressure and to tight deadlines, you will already be working at a similar level and carrying out tendering responsibilities with your current employer. Knowledge of the Industry in the South of Wales is highly desirable.
