| Construction Project Manager. Devon. £35,000 - £38,000 + Benefits + car My client is a regional civil engineering and building company committed to providing a first class service to their clients through a network of strategically placed and locally staffed offices throughout Wales and the South of England. Specialising in a range of high profile educational, health, industrial, leisure and retail projects, they continue to deliver excellent results all around Wales and the South West. They are currently seeking a driven and experienced Assistant site Manager / Foreman to head up their up and coming projects in the Devon region. As the successful candidate you be Highly motivated with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will have excellent people and communication skills and be ambitious with a proactive management approach. You will report to the Site or Project Manager and aspire to progress to that level yourself. You will be expected to help manage the day to day running of your site which will vary in value from £2 million - £10 million in the Healthcare, Commercial or Education Sector. Experience at Assistant Site Manager Level on these types and size of schemes is important to your successful application. You will manage sub contractors and take control of the site in the absence of the Project or Site Manager.
