| Project Secretary, Tormarton, Glos (off J18 - M4) Experienced and highly capable Project Secretary wanted to support a busy and dynamic healthcare consultancy team with client projects, tenders and routine day to day office requirements. Your primary responsibilities will involve working on client projects where you will be formatting, animating and producing complex presentations, tenders and proposals to a high company standard. You will also be involved with all other aspects of project coordination including diary management, coordinating and minuting project meetings and providing secretarial support to Directors and Consultants. All applicants must have experience supporting senior level management, liaising with high calibre clients and working extensively within Word and PowerPoint at an advanced level (including formatting documents and exporting data, charts and graphs). You should type at 60wpm+, possess strong numerical skills and have an excellent standard of English language and grammar.
