| Senior Architectural Technician - Liverpool - 28-35k My client is a private Architectural practice who has a big presence in the residential sector, doing primarily apartments and housing projects. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Technician to join their small but dynamic team based in central Liverpool. My client is willing to look at applicants who have a background in either private Architectural practices or within residential developers, so long as a wide variety of experience and skills are displayed. You will be educated to at least HND level and will have in excess of 6 years practical UK based experience. You will have a wealth of residential experience and will have full knowledge of UK building regulations; additionally you will have good people management skills and will have a history of project management and running a team of around 5 people. If successful you will receive a competitive salary with benefits package as well as a good career opportunity to establish yourself within a growing and successful practice.
