| Construction Quantity Surveyor. Bristol. £35,000 + £5000 Car allowance + Benefits + Bonus Our client is a leading national contractor in the UK. Specialising in high profile projects from £5m- £25m, they are currently seeking a Degree/HNC qualified Quantity Surveyor, who can work on up and coming projects in the Bristol area. As the successful candidate, you will be site based and involved on a mix of design & build and refurbishment projects in the Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Industrial sectors throughout the region. As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. You will already have a track record in similar sized projects with a large contractor and strive for progression in a recognized, national contractor.
