| Residential Site Manager - Northants - 38-44k Calling all Residential Site Managers! How would you feel about joining a nationally recognised developer? A large house builder is looking for an enthusiastic, determined Site Manager to work on one of their exciting new developments in Northamptonshire. The site has a value of £3 million and is traditional build. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Site Management, although an experienced Assistant Site Manager in the residential sector would be considered. You must be able to work well with team-members and be able to implement standard building procedures. CSCS and First Aid would be an advantage along with a hardworking, can do attitude. Longevity in your previous working career will be highly advantageous The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic package and a competitive starting salary NB to apply for this position you must be eligible to work within the EU and living in the UK |
