| Assistant Site Manager - Northants - 22-36k Dependant upon experience, Car Allowance + benefits Are you looking to get into management within the Residential Construction Industry? Are you currently working within management in the Residential Construction Industry? Are you looking to work with an established, well respected and highly rewarding company that can offer you a clear path of progression and a very competitive salary? I am currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join a nationally recognised construction company to assist the Site manager on a site in Northamptonshire. This is a great chance to join a genuinely successful company who has the reputation and land bank to guarantee you continued work and fantastic job security. They provide ongoing training to tailor your skills and develop you into a successful Site Manager. You must have a CSCS card and either come from a trade or construction related degree background. You must have at least 1 or 2 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager. Longevity is essential to our client so candidates who have remained at companies for at least 3 years will be of preference.
