| Construction Contracts Manager. Bristol. £50,000 - £52,000 + Car + Benefits + Bonus Our client is a national contractor specialising in retail construction n projects up to £8million. With a strong track record in retail across the region, they are looking to strengthen their established team in Bristol with a focused and experienced Contract Manager. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the overseeing multiple high street refurbs and fit outs as well as the client / architect / engineer liaisons and meetings on any one of their up and coning prestigious refurb sites. You will report to the construction Director. As the successful candidate, you will have a Construction based qualification and ideally already be working for a large Building Contractor in a similar role. You will be an excellent leader and motivator, and have a proven track record in meeting deadlines and budgets of multiple projects.
