| Construction Project Manager. Bristol/ Taunton £55,000 - £60,000 + £5k car + benefits + Bonus With a Bristol west Base and a national operation; our client's work extends throughout the UK to cover all aspect of concrete structures in both building and Civil Engineering sectors. They are currently looking to strengthen their South West Base. A competent Project Manager with experience of projects valuing £3m - £10m is required to manage a £100 million Education Project in Taunton As the successful candidate, you will be making sure this contract is delivered on time and on budget. You'll monitor quality of work and implement company procedures and legislation. You will be tendering for other projects in the area and push the development of the regional business forward on up to four projects of around £4 million in value. Your office will be in Bristol however you must be prepared to travel to Taunton for this one off high profile Contract. With a construction background and HND qualification in construction, you will be already working with a similar sized contractor in the South West and have gained a wealth of experience in tendering and managing multiple leisure, commercial, retail and healthcare developments of similar size.
