| Hourly salary: £6.30 Our client is based in Brislington, located within easy access of Bristol's Park and Ride facility. They are currently looking to recruit a temporary inbound customer service advisor to work on a 3 month temporary contract You will be responsible for handling all customer service calls, complaints, service and billings queries along with an element of data entry involved as well. Call Centre or call handling experience is essential along with good complaint handling, problem solving and PC skills. Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Start date: Monday 19th May |
