| Estimator - Birmingham 35-45k Our client is a nationally recognised residential developer who currently seeks an estimator to join their commercial department based in Birmingham. This role will involve all aspects of pre-construction, liaison with designers, involvement with approvals process; pricing of tenders. The ideal candidate should show previous leadership and management skills as is the ability to manage a small team. New Build /Design & Build experience essential as is a high level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills. If successful you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and benefits package, not to mention the fantastic opportunity to work your way up the hierarchy of a hugely successful and forward thinking practice.
