| Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - 55-65k My client is a highly successful construction company established for over 100 years and with an annual turn over in excess of £400million. They currently seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial department in London, reporting to the commercial manager on an initial Education project valued at £20 million. Future work will include hotels, commercial units, industrial units, offices and retail blocks. Ideally qualified to HND/HNC or BSc degree level in quantity surveying and construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of site budgets, valuations, sub-contract enquiries and payments. As the successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills and have relevant experience of quantity Surveying in the commercial sector. You will be self motivated and able to adopt a methodical approach to your workings on a variety of different residential schemes. You will also be responsible for running a team of more junior Quantity Surveyors, so good interpersonal and mentoring skills are desirable.
