| Our client is a leading financial services organisation in central Bristol who specialises in personal and business banking and offers a broad range of products and services to their customers. Due to their recent success and expansion they are now recruiting for a number of enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to provide a first class service to both new and existing customers. You will be providing a telephony service for their sales and service department, supplying product information, cross-selling where necessary and handling objections when required. Training will provide all the financial knowledge required and you will become multi-skilled in many areas of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading corporate organisation which offers excellent training and career progression potential in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. Successful candidates will have previous customer service experience within a call centre environment; have experience working within sales (office or retail) along with a high standard of communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. All applicants must have GCSE Maths and English above grade C (or equivalent) and be fully flexible to the shift pattern including bank holidays.
