| Assistant Site Manager Kent - London £40,000 package My client is an extremely highly respected regional home builder looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager they can work up through the ranks. You will initially be working on their flag ship site. Consisting of only 55 units, this project has a re-sell value of over £65 million. The successful candidate will need to have grade II listed refurbishment experience. You will also need a trades background and 'can do' attitude. All candidates must have had longevity in their previous positions and although a high spec background is preferred, those from a volume background will also be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. If successful you will be rewarded with a £40K package (which you can take as a whole, or take car/allowance as part of it) and a position on a varied and interesting site. You will also be working for a company which offers great job security as they have lots of planned sites. You will also have the opportunity to internally progress through the company at speed.
