| Freelance Site Manager x 2, Nottingham. Competitive rates. All sites are HSBC banks requiring external stone repairs and other building maintenance the trades on site will be stone masons, scaffolder's and joiners. The role will be to induct all site staff, visitors, to monitor the progress of the work and ensure all work is done in accordance with the method statements and risk assessments. You will have total responsibility for the day to day running of the site and to maintain the Health and Safety file held on site. To liase with the manager and provide accurate information to him on a daily basis. Must ensure the bank is aware of ongoing works and attend promtly to any issues that may arise regarding safety or issues relating to the Banks business. You will need to have a CITB site managers certificate, a current first aid certificate and a health and safety qualification. |
