| Residential Site Manager - Bristol - 35-40k Attention all Residential Site Managers, do you feel a change in career direction is needed? Feel you're stagnating in your current role? Then please read on. I am currently working on behalf of an established, independently run housing developer who currently seeks a Site Manager to join their team based in Bristol. The site you will be working will be part refurb / part new build. The refurbishment side of things will be renovating a Grade II listed building into 26 flats, so previous experience of refurb and working with listed buildings will be desirable. The site will also comprise of 2 new build timber frame blocks of flats. All continuation of work will be new build.
