| Construction Project Manager. Cardiff. £45,000 - £47,000 + Benefits + Car + bonus Our client is a highly respected National Contractor specialising in high profile Educational, Commercial and Leisure projects all over the UK. They are currently experiencing huge success in these departments and currently require a Project Manager to head up one of their up and coming sites in the South Wales Region. The scheme itself is a £100 million Health project in South Wales. You will be working under a Construction Manager and alongside another Project Manager on a section of the project valued at a round £40 million each. You will be responsible for managing your section of the scheme and work closely with your other Project Manager, so teamwork and communication skills are imperative. You will already be working for a similar sized company; ideally in a role which involves a similar sized project. You will hold all of the relevant tickets and have a proven track record in delivering your previous sites on time and to budget where possible. Experience in the Health sector is also desirable. In return you will be offered an excellent salary and benefits package along with the opportunity to work on a wide range of sites up to £15m. You will experience excellent support and job security from a market leader, not to mention excellent scope for internal progression.
