| Our client is a leading insurance provider offering excellent earning and career progression potential. Due to their success they are currently looking to recruit outgoing, personable and confident Claims Advisors to work from their modern central Bristol office. The purpose of the role is to manage the claims process form start to finish whilst working within set guidelines and service levels. This will involve dealing with general enquiries, issuing claims forms, liaising with 3rd parties to resolve any queries/issues that arise, calculating invoices, etc. This is a varied and challenging customer focussed role working within a lively friendly team. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, plenty of initiative, ability to resolve problems and work within a team. Previous call centre experience is ideal, however, all candidates must be able to demonstrate experience within key customer service competencies in their previous work experience. Benefits include 22 days holiday plus 5 extra days for bank holidays, pension, insurance discounts, and annual profit share bonus amongst many, many more. Salary: £15,300 + annual bonus Hours: 35 hour week on shift rota between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9am-1pm Saturday |
