| Freelance Site Manager, Reading. Competitive rates. Our client, a medium sized company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on their Birmingham site. You will be managing new build development consisting of 18 apartments. You will be managing the day to day running of the site, managing sub contractors and adhering to Health and Safety requirements. The successful candidate must be able to prove relevant experience. You will also hold both First Aid certificates and a CSCS Card. This contract is due to run for 10 months with the possibility of further work.
