| Construction Operations Manager Manager. South Wales £63,000 - £65000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile Leisure and Educational projects throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Operations Manager to specialise in and oversee all contracts for the Wales Division. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for overseeing leisure and education projects ranging from £2 million to £10 million in value. These will include new builds, extensions and refits, so a technical background is required from you. You will report directly to the Construction Director and be in charge of managing the Contract Manager teams. With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a construction background, ideally educated to degree level, and be already working with a similar sized contractor on similar sized projects. An excellent knowledge of The South Wales region is essential. Experience in the Leisure and education sectors is advantageous, and the ability to work well under pressure and with others, imperative.
