| Site Manager Surrey £45K-£55K (dependent on experience) + bonus, benefits and car/allowance My Client is a well established regional developer with a reputation as one of the best builders of large high specification homes. With various sites throughout Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London, this company will offer the opportunity to work on some interesting projects with the guarantee of job security. Whilst the credit crunch begins to kick in and customers become more discerning about what they buy, companies such as this, offering a quality product, have found their sales unaffected. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Site Management experience. A high spec background is preferred to volume house building but all strong CVs will be considered. For this company longevity is a must and they will only consider candidates who's CVs demonstrate this. You must also have Health and Safety and CS CS.
