| Residential Site Manager - Southampton £38,000-£40,000 + Bens Calling all Residential Site Managers! How would you feel about joining a regional developer? A large, Regionally based house builder is looking for an enthusiastic, determined Site Manager to work on one of their exciting new developments near Southampton. The site consists of a quite complex new build design process comprising of 30 units including 2/3 bed apartments and 3/4 bedroom traditional build housing. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Site Management, although an experienced Assistant Site Manager in the residential sector would be considered. You must be able to work well with team-members and be able to implement standard building procedures. CSCS and First Aid would be an advantage along with a hardworking, can do attitude. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic renumeration package and a competitive starting salary NB you must be eligible to live and work in the UK |
