| Site Manager Kent £42K - £47K (depending on experience) + car, bonus, benefits My client is a small regional developer with up to a maximum of 10 sites running at one time. Well established throughout Kent, Essex and Sussex, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high end, high spec apartment block with underground car park. This company places the emphasis on quality over quantity, so if you're tired of house bashing, and have a CV that shows longevity with your previous companies, then they would be interested in speaking to you. Equally, if you come from a background where you've already been building to a high quality finish then this could be the company for you. My client has a fantastic reputation in the industry both amongst it's customers and staff. In order to be considered for this job you will need at least 3 years Site Management experience, a CV that shows longevity, a good eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude.
