| Residential Site Manager - Rochdale £35,000-£39,000 + Bens Calling all Residential Site Managers! Would you like to be responsible for producing quality rather than quantity? How would you like to join an exceptional regional developer? A Medium sized, Lancashire based house builder is looking for an enthusiastic, determined Site Manager to work on one of their exciting new developments near Rochdale. The site consists of a quite complex new build design process comprising 62 units including 2/3 bed apartments and traditional build housing. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Site Management, although an experienced Assistant Site Manager would be considered also. You must be able to work well with team-members and be able to implement standard building procedures. CSCS and First Aid would be an advantage along with a hardworking, can do attitude. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic re numeration package and a competitive starting salary as well as the opportunity to grow within an elusive young company. |
