Whilst the housing market seems to be on a downward turn this established company is thriving. This company is offering something different to many of the larger non-commercial builders, JOB SECURITY. The position which my client is looking to fill is for a Finishing Manager who will deal with all internal finishes. You must have a good manner with customers as you will be working on an occupied site where the residents will need to be handled with a level of care. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years construction experience and will have experience of high quality finishes. You will also need First Aid and CSCS.
