| Residential Assistant Site Manager - Manchester £26,000 - £30,000 Attention all Assistant Site Managers! Our Client, a large regional Developer requires an experienced Assistant Site Manager for various developments around Manchester. The sites consist of mostly housing,apartments and some commercial works so some commercial experience would be advantageous. Working closely with the Site Manager, your main duties will include:- " Management of sub-contractors and trades " Programming of works schedule " Implementing of Health & Safety " Monitoring of production and quality You will have at least two years experience in a residential assistant site management position and will ideally posses SMSTS, CSCS and first Aid. Our client requires someone who is organised, meticulous and dynamic with the ambition to progress. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a market leading re numeration package.
