| Construction Contracts Manager. Cheltenham. £44,000 - £47,000 + £5000 Car allowance + benefits and Bonus With foundations cast in 1969, the My Client has established an enviable reputation for completing quality construction projects throughout Great Britain. The combination of quality, value, safety, reliability and flexibility means that they can provide the complete construction service for clients nationwide including commercial construction, industrial construction and fast track construction, with contract values between £100,000 to £4million. They are currently looking for a contracts Manager to over see between 2-4 projects from their Cheltenham Office As the successful candidate you will be responsible for up to five projects at any one time with values ranging from £100,000 - £4 million. You will ensure the timely delivery of these schemes and make sure they are completed to budget. You will also liaise with Clients regularly and report directly to the Director. From a construction background, you will ideally be educated to HND or degree level, however this is not essential. You must be able to manage your time will and have experience to working to strict deadlines. You will already be working for a similar sized contractor on multiple projects.
