| Are you a Design Manager based in the Midlands looking for a new challenge...? ROLE - Design Manager to come on board and head up a £35m Design & Build project. COMPANY - A nationally recognised building contractor with a national turnover of almost £600m. The refurbishment sector of the business has a turnover of almost £185m. They have worked on projects up to £80m in this division but the average scheme tends to be between £2m and 30m. Typical projects are within the Commercial, Education and Residential sectors. RESPONSIBILITIES - You will report into the Project Manager and work alongside the Commercial Manager on a £35m plus scheme. Your key duties will be the production and management of the design programme.
