| Residential Site Manager - Sheffield £35,000-£37,000 + Bens Calling all Residential Site Managers! How would you feel about joining a regional developer? A large, Nationally based house builder is looking for an enthusiastic, determined Site Manager to work on one of their exciting new developments near Sheffield. The site consists of a quite complex new build design process comprising 60 units including 2/3 bed housing and apartments and a communal space area. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Site Management, although an experienced Assistant Site Manager would be considered also. You must be able to work well with team-members and be able to implement standard building procedures. CSCS and First Aid would be an advantage along with a hardworking, can do attitude. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic renumeration package and a competitive starting salary |
