| Project Manager Hertfordshire £55,000+ with bonus, benefits and car/allowance Our Client is a large residential and commercial builder who's sites are based in prime city centre locations. With a reputation for high quality finishes and high specification builds they are looking for someone who can manage a large scale programme whilst ensuring it maintains it's high standard. This site is largely a regeneration project and with a residential block of around 20 storeys, necessary experience is preferred, but not required. You will also need First Aid and CSCS and at least 5 years site management experience. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a £55K+ salary, bonus, benefits and car/allowance.
