| Site Manager North London £45K - £50K + bonus, benefits and car/allowance One of the South East's fastest growing house builders are currently looking for a Site Manager to head up individual housing projects with a value of £5,000,000. These high specification bespoke homes will be set in North London and the emphasis on these developments is definitely quality over quantity. A background which includes high specification and large house building will be an advantage, but not a necessity. If you have the correct attitude with a proven track record in house building then you will be equally considered. With many projects in the pipeline, this is a very attractive company to work for given the state of the current market. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years Site Management experience and will be able to see a project through. You will also have First Aid and CSCS. If successful then you will be rewarded with a generous salary with bonus, benefits and car/allowance. |
