| Residential Assistant Site Manager - Birmingham £28,000 - £32,000 - Car + Bens, negotiable Calling all Residential Assistant Site Manager Are you frustrated with your current employer? The sites consist of mostly new build construction, refurbs and social housing developments of both timber frame and traditional building methods. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience working for a residential developer, preferably in a Finishing foreman or an Assistant Site Manager position, and you must be able to work well with team-members and be able to implement standard building procedures. CSCS and First Aid would be an advantage along with a hardworking, can do attitude. The successful applicant will be rewarded with an attractive starting salary and a market leading Benefits package.
