This well respected medium sized developer is currently looking for an experienced site manager to head up one of their prestigious housing projects. This is a project where the emphasis really is on the quality as the houses will have a sale value in excess of £5million. The successful candidate will need at least 5 years site management experience. Experience working on high specification homes is preferred but not a must. You will also have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work. CS CS and First Aid are a necessity. If successful you will be rewarded with a generous salary and package including bonuses and a car/allowance. You will also get the opportunity to work on varied and interesting sites.
