Job Description:
Our client is a leading healthcare insurance 'not for profit' organisation based in modern offices in central Bristol and have been voted in the 'Times top 100 companies to work' for the past 4 years.

Due to the imminent roll out of a new 'in house' software system they are currently looking for a trainer, on an initial 6 month contract, to work alongside the training coordinator in order to ensure internal users are capable of utilising the system at a competent level prior to the system going 'Live'

Duties will include working with and as directed by the training Co-ordinator on:
- Training needs analysis for each phase of implementation
-Designing training courses and associated documentation
- Testing the training environment to ensure relevant training scenarios are available for training
- Delivering the training programme to business users
- Evaluating the success of the training programme

Successful candidates do NOT need any IT qualifications as full training will be given however, you will have

- Excellent knowledge of the training cycle, ranging from: training needs analysis, producing high quality training materials through to the delivery and evaluation of training programmes
- Experience of working with finance/accounts related software preferred
- Confident working with people at all levels within an organisation
- Excellent presentation skills
- Possess the flexibility to work in a project based environment
- Proven verbal/written communication skills - able to provide clear, concise and articulate explanations to complex queries
- Good working knowledge of Word & Excel, i.e. to create reports & evaluation documents

Benefits include 25 days holiday, 35 hour week flexitime (Mon- Fri)
