| Construction Senior Site Manager. Bristol £38,000 - £40,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus, + Benefits My client is a National Contractor with a Regional base in Bristol specialising in a range of high profile projects across the country in the commercial educational and retail sectors up to £20 million in value. Due to their continued success in the Bristol region, they are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee their up and coming healthcare, educational, frameworks and retail projects. As the Successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day managing of the site, health and safety and first aid. You will be expected to prepare method statements and risk assessments. You will report to the project Manager on the larger sites, but enjoy more autonomy on the smaller projects. With a proactive, positive outlook, you will have a broad range of experience from various contracts including Design and Build and utilise your outstanding communication skills to manage those around you, as well as liaise with clients on the repeat contracts. In return you will enjoy an extremely competitive salary and benefits package, not to mention the opportunity to work in a really progressive role with a broad range of projects and internal progression.
