| Construction Project Manager. Cardiff. £43,000 - £48,000 + Benefits + Car Our client is one of the Country's leading Contractors with over 2100 employees working on any one of their current new build, refurb, healthcare, education, industrial or commercial projects up to around £20 million. Due to their continual success and demand, they are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work from their Cardiff offices on one of their new high spec projects in or around the area. With a respected case history of sites with a value of over £20m, they are looking for someone with the relevant experience on sites up to this size with an existing similar sized contractor. You will be responsible for the successful delivery, budget and completion of any one of their up and coming high profile sites. You will take into account the Health and Safety Plan and follow the safe methods and systems established for the site which may be set out in method statements, risk assessments, COSHH or otherwise. You will make site management aware of any unsafe conditions or practices observed. You will report to the Contracts Manager.
